You can contact us by phone at our Orchard Park Office from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday at (716) 662-2922 to make or change an appointment. Please give us 24 hours when possible to cancel an appointment.

You can contact us at our City Office Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7am to 6:30pm and Thursday 10am to 5pm at (716) 332-4838. If no one is available at the City office when you call, it will ring forward to the Orchard Park Office where you can talk with someone, leave a message or make an appointment.

If you have a question regarding billing or insurance coverage from either office, please call and talk with Gina Cunningham at (716) 662-2922 between the hours of 6am and 1:30pm, Monday through Friday.
