You can contact us by phone from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday to make or change an appointment. Please give us 24 hours when possible to cancel an appointment. If no one is available at the City office when you call, it will ring forward to the Southtowns Office.
If you have a question regarding billing or insurance coverage from either office, please call and talk with Gina Cunningham at (716) 662-2922 between the hours of 6am and 1:30pm, Monday through Friday.
